Community Media Day

Community Media Day is an annual celebration of voices that bring awareness to the importance of free speech and accessible media for all individuals to have their voices heard.

Community Media Day was founded in Brooklyn, New York but is celebrated all throughout the world by anyone who wants to ensure that the media landscape remains inclusive for all artists, across all forms of media.

Community Media Day will always fall on October 20 (which should almost always fall in line with Free Speech Week). The third annual Community Media Day will take place on Sunday, October 20, 2019. 

Community Media Day has received an overwhelmingly beautiful outpouring of support from all across the country from fellow community media crusaders and the Community Media Day Team would just like to acknowledge all of their time, hard work, dedication, and commitment.
